In Part 1, we walked through "A Guidebook for Humanity" aka the most relevant information I researched regarding our Universe, Galaxy, Solar System, Planet, Human History, and Bodies. I believe starting from a deeply grounded/ scientific place allows us to further explore/ understand introductory Spiritual Concepts in a way that isn't disregulating.
In Part 2, we start to discuss Spiritual Awakening through the lens of my own experience, Discernment, our Spiritual Allies, Mystery Schools, and Practical Considerations.
Here we will:
- Regulate our Nervous Systems through gentle Sound, Breath, and Movement
- Embrace the History & Qualities of Humanity and The Universe
- Begin to explore introductory Spiritual Concepts regarding Spiritual Awakening and Tools to Support our Soul's Journey
Our goal through this workshop is to help folks connect further to themselves by exploring another perspective of the world around us and how we may fit within it. Just like many Sciences, Spiritual Science can bring more clarity to our lives and help us navigate our various patterns/ limitations.
